In college, I used to be somewhat if a tanorexic, if you will. I spent four years in Los Angeles and way too much time in the sun. Now that I’m getting older, I’m learning how to better take care of my skin which involves a complex number of serums and creams morning and night, but more importantly involves wearing SPF 50 on my face every single day.
Because of this, I don’t get nearly as dark on beach vacations as I used to. To compensate, I like to wear all white to give the illusion of super tan skin without giving myself inevitable wrinkles. This all white look is dressed up enough for a beachy dinner but comfortable enough for strolling along the water afterwards.
These shorts are definitely going to be over-worn this summer, I can already tell. I love how versatile they can be. Check out this post to see how I wore them back in chilly New York in the winter.
