Since today is the last day of our Katherine Feiner Kaz blouse contest (see details here), I thought I would feature just one more of her designs: A gorgeous winter white dress. I promise this is the last one (but I know you want more!). I adore this dress. I love the gold beaded detailing around the neck, the black line that divides it up, the art deco feel, and the flouncy skirt. I felt so sexy wearing it because it fit me like a glove without being too tight or showing off too much skin.
