My “wedding diet” didn’t consist of starving myself or depriving myself in any way. Instead, I added in as many greens, super foods, juices, and smoothies that I knew would make my hair and skin glow! This green smoothie has been my go-to breakfast for the last few months. Sometimes I also add spirulina powder to the mix for an extra boost in the morning.

 

Ingredients:
-1/2 bunch kale
-1/2 lemon, peeled
-1 banana
-1 handful frozen pineapple
-1/2 cup coconut water
-1 tblspn ground flax seeds

 

Directions:
-Blend
-Enjoy!
