Fjord is our go-to fishmonger because everything is always fresh and incredible. Pro tip: Pick up their sushi to-go for the best sushi in town. They also cater parties so you can order a sushi platter ahead of time which we often do for big group dinners at the beach. Their lobster rolls don’t suck either. Just sayin’.
Fairfield County Locals Guide
Grace Farms
Part museum, part café, part tourist attraction, part library, part non-profit? It’s hard to pin down what Grace Farms is exactly but it’s a beautiful property with a stunning café encased in glass. It’s modern and cool, fun to walk around, and great to work in. I try to make it out there at least once a month to work in the library followed by lunch. On weekends, it’s fun to bring kids here to just hang out or for one of their art classes.
The Pantry
I have never had a pastry or meal from The Pantry that was less than a 10. They are a bakery, gourmet food shop, and catering service that makes the most delicious food. If you’re planning a party or event, I recommend them for catering. Or just go for a sandwich and their addictive cookies, cakes, or pies.
Studio Café
Nestled inside The Tailored Home, a high-end decor shop, Studio Café is Westport’s best kept secret. This coffee shop/lunch spot is designed to perfection and makes you feel like you’re on vacation in Europe. The food is outstanding and I find myself constantly going back for more. Get the tortilla Española and thank me later. The baked goods are also out of this worl.
Little Beet
This fast-casual restaurant makes delicious bowls with rice, quinoa, or greens. You can pick veggie toppings and a protein like salmon, chicken, falafel, and pork. A perfect lunch on the go and everything I’ve ever tried is super yummy.
Garelick & Herbs
If you’re looking for delicious pre-made meals, look no further. We pop by Garelick & Herbs at least once a week to pick up prepared dinners or made-to-order salads. They have a great selection of soups, salads, proteins, sides, and desserts!
