Woosh. Happy Monday guys. I had one helluva week followed by one helluva weekend. In very different ways. Let me start by explaining the super awesome times that I had last week. On Wednesday I was driving to work (I work in Brooklyn, it’s weird I know), when an 18-wheeler Mack truck decided it would be a fun idea to side-swipe the front-right of my poor little Prius.
Dealing with insurance and all the paperwork was quite stressful so that night I decided to order in. Epic mistake. My favorite Turkish restaurant gave me the most over-the-top food poisoning that I’ve ever had. It wasn’t pretty, let’s just leave it at that. I spent the rest of the week feeling pretty lousy and recovering.
Things took a gigantic turn for the better this weekend with a Derby party followed by a Cinco de Mayo party hosted by Victoria where four respectable couples turned into drunken teenagers, as we had an all-night dance party to 90’s music. Best night ever? Yes.
