I’ve been talking a lot lately about how to balance promoting quality clothing with good prices. That can be tricky! And then I remembered J.Crew Factory exists. I haven’t shopped for regular clothes in so long that I had forgotten about one of my favorite brands… until I saw a sale email from them yesterday. All new arrivals are 40% off.
While J.Crew itself has been going up in flames (See ya, Mickey and Jenna), the Factory side of the business has been crushing it. Everything I’ve ever bought from Factory has held up well for multiple seasons, and fits well. Right now they have so many cute summer dresses (obsessed with this watermelon one on sale for $47) and pairs of shorts for as low as $15.
I have the traditional 3″ chinos from regular J.Crew in approximately 8,000 colors (ok, five), and these are literally the same thing but only $15 on sale and come in seven colors. The only difference in the product itself is that the fabric on this pair is a little thinner and it fits slightly differently. I suggest buying your size and one size up and then returning whatever doesn’t fit.
If those are too short, they also come in a 4″ version in six colors.
Another favorite is this scalloped cami that comes in five colors and is great for tucking into skirts or pairing with white jeans. Throw a blazer over it for the perfect summer work look.
