Oh January, how I love to hate you. We’ve had a string of freezing cold, can’t get the chill out of your bones kinda days lately, and it was driving me up a wall. Until yesterday when temps hit 50. Today it’s supposed to be 57! This morning I’m heading to the beach with the dog to enjoy the weather and take advantage of it before it freezes (and potentially snows) again this weekend.

My picks for January are bright and cheery, as I’m feeling hopeful for an early spring! I have these drop earrings in ombré red but love the hot pink for my next warm-weather trip. I picked up this leopard clutch which has been on my list for a while, and just love it! You can see how I wore it recently here. While I wish it was a more tropical climate, I still have a strong need for sweaters, and this one with fun flouncy sleeves just makes me smile.
