I’m excited to announce to you guys that today is the first of many posts in a year long partnership that I’ve started with Target. Over the next 12 months, I’ll be creating 2 posts/month based on different current trends. Yes I’ll be compensated for this partnership and they will be picking the topic, but I want to make it very clear that I’m creating all of the content on my own, working extra hard to ensure that it’s authentic to me and Lemon Stripes. I’ll only feature products and clothes that resonate with me and that I would actually use or wear.

Sometimes there will be collages (a la today), other times outfit posts, and I’m most looking forward to focusing on some amazing home decor content. Get ready, folks. It’s gonna be a fun year! I feel so honored that Target chose me as one of their bloggers and I hope to do them proud.

The topic I was given this week was “sporty chic”. Very on trend with the Olympics, no?

For this post, I created four sporty chic looks; two for day and two for night. Adding a baseball cap, sporty tee, or sneakers doesn’t necessarily connote causal these days. High fashion is bringing the trend back to the runways and to the streets.
