Stop Fidgeting

Navy and Pink

Fidgeting… It used to happen to me all the time. In the car. In meetings. At nice restaurants. Pretty much everywhere. I was constantly fidgeting with my strapless bras. Most women don’t even realize they’re doing it but think about how much time and energy you spend adjusting your strapless bra then readjusting it then adjusting the readjustment. So annoying, right!? Luckily I decided to put the fidgeting to rest once and for all.

In the summer, I’m constantly wearing camis like this one, or off-shoulder dresses, or strappy tanks where a strapless bra is pretty much required. I always wished that I could be one of those girls who didn’t have to wear a bra at all but that will never be me so I’ve always settled for uncomfortable ones that either dig into my sides or constantly fall down, forcing me to be fidgeting non-stop. Maidenform sent over their signature strapless a few weeks ago and I’ve been testing it out with all sorts of outfits. It always looks great (no four-boob action) and I even successfully did 10 jumping jacks without it falling down. I’m officially a convert.

Last week I wore it with this look for a cute dinner date with Anel. I love this high-waited patterned skirt paired with a silk cami to change it up from my usual go-to of a sundress or shorts. Side bar, I’m pretty excited about my new monogrammed beach tote in my fave summer colors! This weekend, we’re planting the pink roses you see behind me in our backyard. I’m so excited to see all 10 rose bushes clustered together for a gigantic pop of pink right outside my kitchen window.

A good strapless bra is so hard to find…my current favorite is around $80 (woof), so thank you for sharing a more budget-friendly option! I’ll have to give them a try 🙂

I”m anxious to try this one. i can’t not wear a bra but most of the problems I find with strapless bras is either the four boob look or I don’t fill the cup. like it gaps at the top.
