A Beautiful Gift for Moms

A few weeks ago, I received a gift from a local female-owned New England-based brand that made me cry. Pregnancy hormones are real!

Over a year ago, Haverhill had asked me if I wanted one of their custom birthstones necklaces and I told them at the time that I’d like to wait until I got pregnant so I could fill it with birthstones for the entire family. It took us longer than I had hoped to get pregnant and I thought of this necklace often during that process for some reason. What it would look like depending on our baby’s due date.

I’ve been waiting for this necklace for over a year… hence the tears. It represents a complete family in my eyes.

Amalia and I are both July babies and Anel and baby #2 are both April babies (unless he comes a month early!) so they gifted me this beautiful 4-stone necklace with birthstones for each of us. I have barely taken it off since. Although Amalia likes to make me feel bad and ask me why I don’t’ have a stone for Boots at least once a day, lol.

Anything from their birthstones collection or letters collection would make a beautiful gift for a new mom, veteran mom, grandma, or mother-in-law. I could see my sister and I going in on one together for our mom with all the grandkids’ birthstones once she’s done having kids. What grandmother wouldn’t love that?

FYI they have a very fast turnaround. Haverhill makes their personalized birthstone pieces between 1 and 7 business days so you still have plenty of time if you want to order one for the holidays.

This is so beautiful. What chain length do you have?

I’m going to ask for this for my upcoming 40th birthday. My daughter was born 3 months early and her original due date always holds a special place in my heart but I haven’t found a way to honor that yet. I will ask for my stone, my husband’s, her actual birth month, and her original planned birth month that she couldn’t wait for 🙂 I’m so so happy you posted this as I would have never thought of it otherwise.
