The days of holiday brunches and dinner parties are upon us, and with that comes that last-minute stress of buying hostess gifts. My tip? Buy as many as you can in advance so you have extras on hand when you’re in a pinch. Cute presents like this striped mug (only $25!) or a fabulous gold-rimmed martini pitcher ($49) are universal enough that most hostesses will love them! Or, if you know you have a party coming up, buy a more personalized gift in advance (like chambray coozies or a sticky note pad), so the game of scrambling day-of is no longer a thing.
I’ve rounded up a big ole’ list of both generic and personalized hostess gifts in all price ranges in today’s post.
While we’re on the topic of gifts, I’m doing something a little different this year for my gift guides (starting with this one). I will be creating separate tabs in my shop page for each guide. This one is already there (as well as my on-going his, hers, and home lists), and I will be adding lots more soon!
My favorite online gift guides:
Mark & Graham– For great personalized gifts at all price ranges. They do the thinking for you and have sections not only for him, her, and kids but they’ve added groups like coworkers, couples, new moms, hostesses, clients, and travelers.
Shopbop– Not only do they curate the usual categories, but they have a whole section on order-by dates so you get your gifts in time for whatever holiday you’re celebrating.
Nordstrom– They divide gifts into four categories: Him, her, kids, and home… And then by price: Under $50, under $100, stocking stuffers, and luxury gifts. They have a great selection for kids and guys which can be hard to find.
J.Crew– Love how they have it laid out. They separate it into him, her, boys, girls, and under $50 for those stocking stuffers. Plus each section is organized by color which makes for fun scrolling!
