Anel works at an incredible gym on the Upper East Side called Inform Fitness Their theory is that 20 minutes of high-intensity lifting each week is all you need in order to tone and build strength. I’ve been working out there for about 2 months and already look a lot more toned in my arms, legs, back, and abs. I also feel incredibly strong!
The owner of the gym asked me to help redecorate their waiting room. I was a little apprehensive since I’ve never officially been hired to design spaces, but it was a blast. And it came out pretty great, if I do say so myself. I filled the room with neutral gray tones and orange accents that pop (orange is the company’s color). I especially love the vintage prints of old-timey exercise machines on the wall.
