Baby and toddler PJs are one of my favorite things to buy. I buy them for gifts and my own kid like they’re going out of style. I mean is there anything cuter than a freshly-bathed, sweet-smelling, rosy-cheeked, little cutie decked out in her favorite PJs? Ugh, no. There is not.
Amalia is very particular about everything she wears, pajamas included. Every single pair in this collage was approved by her! Can you tell she loves color and fruit patterns? Her absolute favorite of all time is this pair from Roller Rabbit, which is super soft and cozy. But they’re A) expensive and B) long-sleeved so I’ve been stocking her up on summer sets to keep us covered for the next few months.
Our number one go-to PJ brand is Hanna Andersson. They have great sales (including 40% off right now!) which is when we buy most of Amalia’s pajamas. One day I will convince Anel to do one of their amazing matching family collections. They are the self-named first sustainable kids brand because their clothes are made to be washed and worn over and over and passed down to siblings and cousins for years to come. Nothing beats their durable yet soft cotton and this summer Amalia has a pink-striped pair and our newest addition, watermelons.
Another great yet affordable brand we discovered first on Amazon is Lamaze Baby. They make the $11 organic cotton lemon PJs she loved last year that we just ordered again in her size. I also found a cute watermelon set at Target also fro $11.
I only just learned that my all-time favorite grown-up pajama brand, LAKE, makes a kiddie version too. How darling are these?
Some other favorites of ours are Crewcuts, Target, and Gap Kids. We used to love Old Navy for affordable baby PJs but I find that the cutest toddler patterns often sell out quickly and they don’t last for a very long time if you wash and wear them often.
We recently started getting into Primary which makes very affordable 100% cotton colorful kid clothing/PJs.
What am I missing here? Any other favorite toddler pajama brands you or your kiddos love?
I’ve loved Hanna Andersson since I was little and for any petite ladies, I sometimes still wear the largest girl’s size in their PJ’s. (They make women’s sizes too but sometimes you can get an identical set for less from the kids’ section). They also make matching PJ’s for dogs! My fiancé and I did matching pj’s with our puppy for our Christmas card last year 🙂
Good to know on both fronts! Although pretty sure Boots could fit into a men’s size large 🙂
These are all so cute!! I love pajamas for the littles! I have a few pairs of Hanna’s for my kids but haven’t been impressed with their ability to withstand the test of time – their stitching came undone sooner than the target brand PJs we have too.
So interesting! Ours have held up so well, far better than any other brands. Although I have to say Gap PJs stand the test of time too.
We’re a fan of Hatley pjs and find they last a long time and the patterns can’t be beat. They normally go on sale and I’ve had a lot of luck finding them on eBay it Mercari for cheap and many still with tags
Oh good call! We had a pair a while ago but totally forgot about them. I also used to have a dress by Hatley and loved it. Thanks!
We love Hanna Andersson, great sales for sure. Also been loving Owlivia + Magnetic Me.
