Last weekend was so incredible! I spent the weekend speaking on stage and working at Integrative Nutrition's first West Coast conference ever! The energy was amazing, I learned so much about health and wellness, and was able to connect with students and graduates from all over the world.
Leap Day is quite the anomaly: There is no other day like it! And we won't see it again for 4 years. It has me thinking about everything that has happened to me since the last Leap Day. I found a career that I love, started a blog that has become like my child, and got engaged to my favorite person in the world.
I've been perusing Pinterest obsessively lately and can't stop pinning images of pretty flowers. Maybe it's my upcoming wedding or the prospect of warmer weather around the corner but I wanted to share a few with you!
