A Green Smoothie for the Green Smoothie Haters

A few months ago, I did a juice cleanse with Blue Print Cleanse. Although I’ve always disliked pineapple, one of their juices changed my mind. It was a fresh pressed pineapple, apple, and mint juice. I decided to experiment with this combo in my Vitamix and added kale and coconut water to the mix. This green smoothie tastes more like sweet pineapple juice with a hint of mint more than anything! I dare you to try it, green smoothie haters.

Ingredients:
-1 cup coconut water
-1/2 apple
-1 handful frozen pineapple
-1/2 banana
-1 handful kale
-A few mint leaves

Directions:
-Chop apple
-Blend all ingredients and enjoy!

Out of curiousty, I looked up the Blue Print Cleanse. I’ve been considering another cleanse – I am overdue. Would you recommend it? Look forward to trying your smoothy version!

      Hi Amy,

Yes I would absolutely recommend the Blue Print Cleanse. They made it super easy and the juices were incredible. If you’re looking for a cleanse that involves food, I’m leading one in May and would love to have you on board!

      Warmly,
      Julia

Finally tried making my first green smoothie and it was really great! Just enough to be able to put in a bullet blender and definitely not a bad smoothie. Next time I’ll be peeling the apple before, but it was sweet and super enjoyable!
