Sometimes I’m just in the mood for something pretty. This week’s smoothie recipe was inspired by my urge to create something pink. Not only did it serve it’s purpose as a healthy and tasty breakfast option full of anti-oxidents, but it also put a little skip in my step!
It reminded me of the tulips that are slowly creeping up out of the ground and the watermelon that will soon grace every barbecue in town!
Ingredients:
-1 handful frozen strawberries
-1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
-1/2 banana
-1 tblspn almond butter
-1 cup coconut water
Directions:
Blend and enjoy!
