People email me all the time asking for ideas for healthy snacks. I thought I would answer that burning question with a list of my favorite healthy snacks. These options are all gluten and dairy free. Now that I’m working from home, it’s important for me to get creative with my snacking so I don’t sit around and eat crap all day.
I didn’t include it in the list but green juice is actually my number 1 all time favorite snack . . . Chips and guac are a close second!
