Frozen Negroni

Although Anel can’t stand them, I love me a good negroni. It tastes like Italian summer in a glass. I saw someone on Instagram drinking a frozen negroni the other day and haven’t stopped thinking about it so I made some last night for birthday sunset cocktails on the beach.

They were SO good! Sharing the recipe with you today. I hope you can enjoy one this weekend!

Frozen Negroni Recipe

Ingredients:
– 4 oz Campari
– 4 oz gin
– 3 oz sweet vermouth
– 12 oz OJ
– 4 cups ice
– Orange peels for garnish if you’re feeling fancy

Directions:
1. Blend the ice with orange juice
2. Add the 3 liquors and blend again
3. Pour into glasses and garnish with orange peel
4. Enjoy responsibly!

Carpano Antica. It’s the best one IMO!
