Routines That Keep Us Sane

When I travel, I miss my daily and weekly routines at home. Although I’m probably creating my own routines in France as we speak (morning strolls along the Seine, lunch at outdoor cafés, pretty aperitifs before dinner- you get the idea). Sure, it’s slightly obsessive compulsive but routines keep me sane. I find it hard to feel completely normal without my morning green smoothie and my afternoon peppermint tea. Everyone has their own version of this. Check out a few (of my many) below!
