There is a gorgeous park on the water only a few minutes from where we live in Connecticut. My husband and I drive out on weekends and walk through it with hot tea from Le Pain Quotidien, watching the sail boats and admiring the sunsets. Last weekend marked one of the last times that we’ll head out to our special spot for a while. It was mighty cold and windy last Sunday when we took these photos! Not sure how much longer I can handle it (such a wuss).
My plaid shirt collection has been growing at a rapid pace. I have this shirt in 4 patterns. Literally (but I’m actually using that word in the right way). This classic black watch might be my favorite yet. They didn’t have my size so I sized up for this one but I’m kind of digging the oversized look. I plan to wear it with leggings for casual weekend wear over the winter.
OB. SESSED. With this whole look! It’s perfect! Thank you for being the person to finally show me how to mix patterns in a way that make sense to me.
Blush looks so lovely layered over plaid. (:

Love this pink and cannot believe it’s from Old Navy! I hear you on the plaid problem…not sure I could squeeze one more shirt OR scarf in my closet!

Such a cute shirt! Old Navy is killing it this season.

Loving the plaid and leopard combo. That bag is the perfect alternative to a basic black tote!

The tartan button down is awesome. I love green & blue plaid. Happy Friday, Julia 🙂
