Last Friday, I joined C.Wonder, Glossybox and a busload of fashion and beauty bloggers for a day in Southampton for the second year in a row (read about last year’s trip here). We hopped on the Jitney in the morning and made it to Chris Burch’s dreamy estate by lunch time.
It was a mad frenzy of Instagraming the pool and flowers for about 20 minutes before anyone settled down to really enjoy the day (we’re bloggers, what can I say).
I, of course, made a bee-line for the mini lobster rolls and promptly ate 3 of them, washed down by fig mojitos, perched atop a white couch overlooking the grounds. Lunchtime didn’t suck . . .
After lunch, we had mini facials, sipped on green juice from Montauk Juice Factory, and took photos of what we wore . . . Obviously. My favorite part of the day was when I snuck off on my own to relax in a lounge chair by the pool for a while.
I was glad that I wore a simple maxi dress and no-fuss hair. I didn’t have to worry about a thing outfit-wise and this look took under 10 minutes to pull together.
Rebecca did a lovely job of capturing the day. All of these photos were taken by her!

Your outfit is spot on and Chris Burch’s house is the perfect backdrop… talk about being surrounded by inspiration! I’ll take that pool and blue door any day!
Love this dress!
