My long weekend in the Bay Area was beyond fun. From a day in Napa (more on that tomorrow) to hiking at Muir Woods to a sunset dinner in Sausalito to visiting old friends in San Francisco, I really got around! Plus I got to spend #nationalsibling day with my sister as an added bonus.

The weather varied from 70’s and sunny to 50’s and rainy so packing layers was a smart decision on my part. This baby blue tassel poncho sweater got a lot of use because it’s so easy to throw on over jeans or leggings and feels like you’re wearing a blanket. Win/win! On Friday, I paired them with my favorite scalloped shorts and matchy blue pumps for cocktails at my friend’s Yacht Club overlooking the Golden Gate Bridge. It was a pretty magical evening.

Although it was a beautiful little vacation, I’m happy to be heading home to my husband and puppy today. It’s crazy how much I missed them both!
