Casual Christmas Outfit

Well, it’s officially less than a week away from Christmas, and while I was finally feeling on top of of my to do list, a bunch of last minute errands popped up and per usual, I’ll be running around like crazy all week. Every year… Does that happen to you or am I the only one?

Anyway I’ve been loving this cute plaid puffer vest for errand running lately because it makes me feel festive and also keeps me cozy and warm. The ruffle detail on the front is just too cute! Every time I wear it out, people stop me on the street to ask where I got it. Same with the shoes which are a little ridiculous but also I’m obsessed. My plaid flat collection is out of control but I definitely play favorites and these are at the top of my list… for now anyway.

My family always dresses down on Christmas Day (We go balls to the wall on Christmas Eve) so this outfit is in the running for our cozy Christmas, although I might just end up in PJs all day, let’s be honest.

Stay tuned for a (super yummy) recipe post tomorrow, a (super sparkly) NYE outfit on Thursday and a (super helfpul) list of my best purchases of 2017 on Friday. Then I’ll be taking off until the 29th when I’ll be sharing all of my favorite photos and memories from the year. I’m so excited for some time off with my family, you guys have no idea.
