Denim Dress / Striped Sweater (similar) / Chanel Bag / Necklace / Shoes

I kind of hate dressing up. For fancy dinners and events I have like three go-to outfits and tend to not stray from those. Whenever possible, I keep it casual with my clothing and throw on my trusty Chanel bag (aka my baby) and some jewelry for date night. Last week was no different when Anel and I had one of the best Japanese meals I’ve ever had outside of Japan at Norimaki (worth the drive).

I bought this chambray dress at Splendid a few months ago when they were having a sale and was so excited that it was finally warm enough to wear it. It’s such a great piece for transitioning weather and I can imagine I’ll live in it over the summer with flip flops! It cooled down that night so I brought a striped sweater to wear over the dress but ended up looking even cuter tied around my waist.
