c/o Levi’s 711 jeans via Zappos, similar striped shirt, Topshop plaid shirt, c/o Mark & Graham clutch, Sam Edelman pumps
A good pair of jeans is something you can always count on, but can be a challenge to find, especially for me. I have short legs and an uber long torso so I’m always on the hunt for jeans that are slimming and make my legs look longer.
Luckily for me (and all of us!) Levi’s has re-launched their women’s denim as the “700 line”, designed by women, for women. And it doesn’t hurt that they’re all under $50!
I ordered this pair and when I pulled them on and they immediately sucked me in and felt equal parts sturdy and stretchy. They were also the perfect length, making them the first pair of non-ankle jeans that I haven’t had to hem… ever!
I wore them to a friend’s baby’s first birthday party over the weekend paired with not two, not three, but four different patterns: The classic plaid on this oversized boyfriend shirt, stripes (naturally), a monogrammed buffalo check clutch, and leopard pumps. It seems unlikely that this combo would work but it did, and I know this is a look I’ll repeating over and over this fall.
