When in Palm Beach… wear Lilly! This is my second time in this amazing city, and I love it just as much as I did the first time around. It’s so colorful, chic, old school, and fabulous. And so much sunnier than Connecticut right now which is giving me life.
I remember the last time I was here it was with Anel and it was during the week that our first miscarriage baby was due. I was terribly sad and couldn’t get out of my head, but Palm Beach and our amazing weekend here brought me out of a dark place. I’ll forever be grateful for that trip, and it feels good to be back, knowing that my baby girl is safe and happy at home with her dad and grandparents.
I’m here for two days on a press trip (more to come on that), and I’m excited to be wearing and shooting all of the spring/ resort clothes that I haven’t been able to wear back at home. This was the outfit I planned to wear to dinner last night. I put it on, got all dolled up, walked outside, took these photos, then promptly turned around and changed.
It’s a lot colder than we expected and the breeze made it a chilly night. A bare midriff wasn’t in the cards for me apparently. I changed into this jumpsuit with a blazer even though I was dying to wear this amazing Lilly set. At least we got some photos out of it! We are staying at The Colony, and everything about it is beautiful and over the top in the best way possible. I can’t wait to take more photos here tomorrow after a good night’s sleep.
Julia Dags (my amazing photographer who is with me on the trip) snapped a pic of me while I was talking to the concierge so you can see a peek of the lobby below. Literally, this might be the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Stay tuned for more photos.
Ok now on to the outfit that I never got to wear to dinner. This Lilly set is… everything. I love that they’re doing crop tops and I love the color blocking on the bottom of the skirt. If you’re short, beware that the skirt is pretty long. I had to wear heels for it to fit and I’m 5’6″. But the heels were so worth it for my Angelina moment with the knee pop!
PS for any RHONY fans, I looked it up and sadly I’m not staying in the room where Luann got arrested but next time I’ll def request it.

Thanks, lady! We checked it out and holy cow!
You look stunning! Love that necklace with the outfit. Have a blast!
Thank you so much! Love this outfit.
I am so jealous of your trip right now! My grandparents lived in West Palm my whole life and I would go visit them every March. They sold the house 3 years ago and I no longer have a “reason” to head to Palm beach! This makes me remember I need to plan a trip to go asap!
That is so amazing that you got to have so many memories here though. What a special place to visit!
Beautiful photos! I love love love your outfit. It’s a shame you didn’t end up wearing it to dinner. I’m sure you looked equally as lovely in the (warmer) jumpsuit and blazer you opted for 😉
Thank you so much! I promise the jumpsuit did not look as great LOL
You look so amazing! Perfect for Palm Beach
Thanks! Kind of obsessed with this look, not gonna lie.
That is a gorgeous outfit.
So so so gorgeous, Julia!! I love love this Lilly set so much!! It looks great on you!! The Colony is the PERFECT place for some beautiful photos! Can’t wait to see more!
