Embroidered Dress / Necklace / Kimono / Hat / Striped Bathing Suit (30% off!)/ Perfume / Cut-out Bathing Suit / Sandals / Tote

We’re heading on my 30th birthday trip to Sicily in less than 3 weeks and I’m already outfit planning for our time on the Mediterranean island. So far on our schedule (my entire family is as Type A as I am) we have a winery tour, chartered boat trip to the Egadi Islands, a few days at the beach club, a morning at the thermal baths for the girls while the men play golf, and lots and lots of eating and drinking.

I’m picturing myself in this white and blue embroidered dress in cork sandals eating olives like candy and drinking wine like water. At the beach, I want to look equally as chic in this fabulous Mara Hoffman cut-out swimsuit with a Panama hat. I’d throw on this lace kimono for panini overlooking the ocean. To smell the part, I plan to spritz Acqua di Parma Mandorlo di Sicilia (Translates to Sicilian almond) on my wrists as a final touch.

I clearly have high hopes for my looks on this trip. I know my husband won’t let me buy it all but I certainly have a few pieces that I need to pick up don’t you think?
