Spring Picnic

Puppy Picnic

My Dress / Meg’s Dress / My Necklace

If that first picture didn’t cure your case of the Mondays, I don’t know what will! Last Wednesday, before Anel and I headed out of town, it was 74 degrees (in March?!), so I met up with Meg and Carly at the beach for some bubbles and cupcakes to celebrate the beautiful day. We decided to bring our dogs which, in retrospect, might have been a mistake. Carly brought her brand new puppy, Hamilton, and since Boots is still so young, it was kind of a fiasco with two puppies and two dogs. The photo above probably took over 30 tries. Carly was being so patient behind the lens!

When the pups finally calmed down, we sipped on Veuve Clicquot rosé (Fun fact: It’s the only champagne I like) out of these pretty pink glasses that Meg brought from Juliska, each decked out in a Persifor dress. The one I’m wearing is my favorite style that they make and I have it in three patterns. It is literally the most flattering fit under the sun and I wear them constantly in the summer… slash March apparently.

$220 for a dress you can’t even wear to work – yikes! I don’t think this is very realistic, especially wearing it to a beach.

So beautiful! Although it kind of scares me in terms of what it means for the planet, I’m kind of loving this warm pre-spring weather! 😉

Sorry to bother you again but when I went to Meg’s site she to mentioned that the dresses were gifted. Just trying to understand why you would not mention that, or provide some clarification on that considering 2 or the 3 have that clearly stated in their posts. Thanks
