There’s nothing quite like a white tee that’s perfectly slouchy and cut in the exact right way for your body. It can be worn in the winter with a cardigan and leggings or in the summer with denim cutoffs and a statement necklace.
I’ve been on the lookout for this white tee as of late and I finally found it at Marine Layer, a San Francisco-based clothing company that I recently discovered.
Fitting, as I took these photos with the amazing Christine Sargologos just across from the Golden Gate bridge over the weekend. As you can tell, it was incredibly windy which made for some fun hair blowing across the face shots.
My mom was appalled that we were shooting in front of these (beautiful) run down buildings instead of featuring the bridge in the background but, if you know anything about photography, you know it’s all about the light and the frame. We loved how the white and black buildings played up the white and black in the outfit.
In newfound love affair with neutrals, I’ve been living in these incredibly flattering 7FAM black jeans. Whether paired with a nude sweater, a white tee, or stripes, I can’t get enough of them.
Would love to hear where you get your white tees.
Photos by Christine Sargologos. Thank you Christine for making me look super jacked in that last pic!

I love this simple look! I’ve been eyeing this tote forever, I wish I would have snagged it during all of the holiday sales.
