We are finally back from all of our travels and feeling like we’re getting into a good groove with back-to-school and starting all of our after-school activities. Amalia has been doing such an amazing job getting acclimated to her new school, new friends, taking the bus, and a whole new routine. We started soccer this week and seeing her in a jersey that fits more like a dress was too cute.
I got a call from her teacher the other day and she told me all about how great she’s doing with making new friends and participating in class. All of my fears about her starting Kindergarten are starting to slowly disappear. And I’m feeling so proud of my girl!
This weekend Anel is taking Amalia camping so Luca and I are holding down the fort and looking forward to a little one-on-one time which he rarely gets.
