One of the places where I get tripped up when it comes to healthy eating is snacking on the go. At home, I have a good list of go-to healthy snacks that I rotate between, but when running around with the kids, there is a 0% chance that I’ll be packing myself hummus and veggies or apples with peanut butter for an outing.
I’ve been testing out pre-packaged healthy snack options for the last few months and have landed on 7 solid favorites. All of these snacks meet my requirements: they taste delicious and are protein-packed to keep me fuller, longer, and/or are full of nutrients and vitamins.
7 Healthy Pre-Packaged Snacks
Siren Protein Bites: I started with the variety pack so I could try all of the flavors and have landed on cookie dough, birthday cake, and coconut caramel as snack staples in my diet. These come in handy around 2 or 3pm when I’m craving something sweet and also want to stay full until dinner.

My favorite flavors: cookie dough, birthday cake, and coconut caramel
Karma Cashews: I keep a bag of the Toasted Coconut flavor in my purse at all times now. And Amalia loves them which is great because it’s hard to find protein-packed snacks that she’ll actually eat. If you plan to eat these at home, they also come in bigger canisters. I bring these everywhere with me and Amalia and I often split a pack at the beach together!

My favorite flavor: toasted coconut (also Amalia’s favorite)
Brami Lupini Beans: My grandfather used to snack on lupini beans so when I discovered these well-branded little packs of them, I had to try them immediately. I personally didn’t like the garlic rosemary flavor because it’s super intense, but the sea salt and vinegar beans are great. These also make a good salad-topper for some added protein

My favorite flavor: sea salt & vinegar
Oloves Pitted Olives: I’ve never met an olive I didn’t like. Anel snacks on olives a lot and he got me doing that at home, but it’s hard to bring them out in Tupperware or a baggie, so these perfectly portioned olive snacks are a great option for both of us when we’re out and about.

My favorite flavor: basil & garlic
Sea Snax Roasted Seaweed: Seaweed is a pretty polarizing taste but I love it. I could snack on seaweed all day. It’s doesn’t fill me up like some of the other snacks but I’ll often have it if I’m really hungry close to dinner but don’t want to fill up too much. It’s full of vitamins and minerals so it feels like I’m doing something good for my body when I eat it.

SuperFat Nut Butter Packs: These Keto nut butter packs are *so* good! I’ve only tried the cacao coconut but it’s quite yummy. I feel like one of my kids eating a pouch but it is full of healthy fats, protein, and fiber to keep you fuller for longer. I’ve even had one at lunchtime and been full until dinner.

POSHI Vegetable Snacks: Like the seaweed, these aren’t going to fill you up for a long time but they are a great way to add extra veggies into your diet and scratch the itch if you’re craving a salty chip or cracker.

My favorite flavor: French beans
