Happy birthday sweet Lukey! Yesterday our boy turned one and he celebrated like a true birthday boy. He was all smiles and truly enjoyed every moment of being the center of attention for the entire day. Second kids rarely get that I'm realizing.
He loves water play and he loves cars so we bought him this car wash water table.
I hope you're all having a Good Friday (the joke that never gets old)! We have a big weekend in the Dzafic house. Luca is turning one on Easter Sunday so it will be a mix of egg hunts, chocolate bunnies, presents for our little guy, and a car-themed cake for his little family birthday party.
Let me preface this recipe with the fact that I'm so disappointed in how unappetizing it looks in this photo. I can assure you that the smell and taste of this herbacious spring chicken pot pie is a 10/10. You'll just have to trust me on this one.
Any recipe that uses a store-bought rotisserie chicken to make dinner easier is a recipe for me these days.
Luca is turning one this Sunday and we have had the most beautiful and chaotic year. I love being a mom of two. It fulfills me in a way that I never thought was possible. I've never in my life felt happy the way I have in the last year.
