I bought the Solawave Skincare Wand off of a targeted Instagram ad and I'm gonna go ahead and say it was a very good choice on my part to buy it and a very smart choice on whoever's part it was to target me on Instagram.

Every year I participate in Dry January. After the holiday season, it feels good to reset and I'm always happy that I did it. But because we had COVID in December and basically missed the holidays in 2021, I wanted to just enjoy life without restrictions in January.
So instead I decided to do a Dry February which was a bit of a womp womp situation because all of my friends were already done with their month of no drinking.
To be posting a recipe feels trivial and weird today given what's happening, but I like to think that part of what I do is bring a little joy and levity to your lives even during hard times so I'm going to continue posting regular content this week but will also share resources both here and on Instagram to help with efforts in Ukraine.
Back in the day, I used to write life lately posts every Friday. They always included a high and low of the week, along with articles, posts, and things I'm loving that week. A reader recently asked if I could bring them back and I thought why not!? I love putting these together and they're fun to read.
