Tips for Comfortable Baby-Wearing

For today's guest post, I'm happy to introduce you to my friend, and ex-coworker, Janelle, who I've mentioned before in the past because I worked with her on my posture and body aches (especially while pregnant). Janelle works for the Egoscue Method and has helped me get rid of back pain and stopped me from throwing out my back all through virtual sessions and exercises that I do from home.

5 Random Things: September

I haven't posted a 5 random things list since March and it feels good to bring it back today, a casual 5 months later. It's hard to believe that the last time I wrote one of these, Luca was still in my body. Wild to think about! He's such an important part of our family, and Anel and I say every single day that we can't believe we ever lived without him.

Family Room Finale

It only took two years of living here but our family room is now complete and it's just so pretty and cozy and perfect. It was the first room that we focused on when we moved in and at that time we worked with Modsy to get it 80% of the way across the finish line, but we were waiting for the perfect ottoman, wallpaper, and art above the fireplace.

What I Learned in Two Weeks Offline

Well hello, friends! I've been offline for two weeks, but it feels more like two years (in a good way). Taking some real time off was incredibly necessary for my mental and physical health, and I learned a lot about my relationship with social media along the way. Amalia was off of school and our sitter moved on to another family, so I had both kids with me the whole time and spent a lot of extra time with the two of them.
