I wore this outfit for dinner at Gitano in Tulum. It's the last outfit that I'll post from the trip and arguably my favorite. This flattering dress is fun to flounce around in and forgiving if you're going to eat one too many fish tacos.

I had a strange experience in Tulum. Everyone and their mother had been raving about it for the last 2 years so I finally booked our spring trip to the notoriously eco-friendly Mexican vacation spot this year. It was definitely an experience but not my ideal tropical vacation.
I'm having a hard time putting into words what my problem was but I think it was just a bit too bohemian and trendy for my taste.
This weekend was so blissful. It was the first weekend in a month where I wasn't traveling. I decided to take it easy for the first time like ever and actually relax with my husband. I even slept for 13 hours on Saturday night! I never do that.
