Lilly Pulitzer Knit Dresses

This summer, if a dress doesn't look and feel like an elevated nightgown, you most likely won't see it on me. Colorful and comfortable is how I roll! Anything I can throw on with a pair of rubber sandals (plus a striped mask if out and about) and make it an outfit is basically my dream dress.

Vegetarian Recipe Round-Up

I've been in a recipe rut for the last few weeks and I can't seem to get out of it! Anel and I have been eating 80% vegetarian since our eat-less-meat challenge and I find that coming up with new vegetarian recipes is especially challenging to me. I make the same things over and over... but we're sick of them.

Sustainability Challenge: Reducing Junk Mail

Junk mail is annoying. I think we can all agree on that. But more importantly, it has a huge environmental impact. Each American receives an average of 41 pounds of junk mail per year which equates to 80-100 million trees cut down annually. Just for junk mail! New York University says 5.6 million tons of junk mail ends up in American landfills every year (source).
