Anel and I are so exhausted at the end of each day that we’ve only been doing 1-2 episodes of something at night before bed (currently Ozark), but I’ve gotten a lot of questions about what to watch so I put together a giant list of all of my favorite TV shows in every genre.
Despite the circumstances, we had a really lovely Easter Sunday at home yesterday. Amalia was beyond excited about the Easter Bunny and every time she found an egg on her egg hunt, she'd jump up and down and scream with delight. It was so pure and joyful. The sugar crash, however, was anything but. We turned it around for a great evening outside on scooters and bikes and flying her new mini kite that the EB randomly found at Whole Foods.
Grocery shopping these days is just about the most exciting part of my week. Exciting but also terrifying and strange and surreal. I have been wanting to make the famous David Leite chocolate chip cookie recipe ever since the Cupcakes & Cashmere team had a chocolate chip cookie bake-off and this recipe won. There's no time like the present so I went for it yesterday. While this recipe is not my usual go-to of quick and easy, it is worth the extra steps and the hours of waiting.
