As you can tell as of late, I'm mad for plaid. I've been wearing it with blush pink, paired with stripes, and pretty much everyday like this.
It probably comes as no surprise that half of my Christmas list is full of plaid goodies.

There is a gorgeous park on the water only a few minutes from where we live in Connecticut. My husband and I drive out on weekends and walk through it with hot tea from Le Pain Quotidien, watching the sail boats and admiring the sunsets.
Gift-buying season is upon us. Ugh. Don't get me wrong, I love giving gifts especially around the holidays, but it can get SO overwhelming! There are sales on sales on sales and so many gift guides that it starts to just spin, you know?
My husband Anel is the best. He spends a good chunk time every week taking photos of me for this little ole' blog with no complaints (Ok fine only a few complaints). So I thought I'd pay a little ode to him with my varsity "A" sweatshirt.
It's been almost 2 months since Anel and I peaced out of that filthy and beautiful island that we called home for so long. Last time I updated you, we had been living in Connecticut for less than 3 weeks and I was still spinning from the change. That spinning hasn't stopped but it has certainly slowed down since my last update.
