Capwell Look Book

A few months ago, I was asked to model (so fancy) for Capwell & Co's blogger spring look book. Capwell chose the jewelry from their spring line and us bloggers styled it in springy outfits. In a fun turn of events, it was approximately 25 degrees that day and we were freezing cold while pretending to be heading to a brunch with tulips in our pretty baubles.

Curry Deviled Eggs

Feeding 13 people is no easy feat. During our family reunion this week, my aunt Marilyn whipped up this classic recipe with a flavorful twist for lunch one day. My family devoured them almost before I could even take photos. It was a mad dash for the eggs! They make for a great easy lunch, appetizer, or brunch side.

Kicking Off Summer

I'm writing to you today with my toes in the sunshine, coffee in hand, from beautiful Bar Harbor Maine. Last Friday, my sister and husband and I drove up to our home in New Hampshire to spend some time with my parents and baby brother, and then drove 5 hours FARTHER north to meet up with my giant and crazy extended family for a few days of a family reunion.

Shades of Blue

Yesterday's post got a little heavy so I decided to get over the blues with some blues (cracking myself up over here!) today with a smattering of the shade that will keep you on trend this summer. Over the weeked weekend I saw this Tory Burch tunic (which inspired this post) hanging in the Greenwich, CT boutique and fell head over heels.
