It's raining today but the weekend her in New York was as sunny as could be. A lot of very cool things happened over the last two days including this Calypso dress that is my new favorite article of clothing because it feels like pajamas but looks boho chic.
It's almost the weekend! Thank God because when it's hot and sunny out, I get super antsy being inside all day. I've started forcing my coworkers to eat outside with me at lunchtime so we can get at least 30 minutes of vitamin D.
Considering it's been 80 degrees every day so far week, I'm going to go ahead and say it's summer here in NYC (Could I be more excited??). Summer is obviously my fave season and that's half because of the sunshine and half because of the fact that I travel almost every single weekend.
If you haven't heard of Persifor yet, you are about to have a good day. The company was started by a friend of mine, Alex, an amazing young woman who had a background in merchandising and designing at J.Crew and Lilly Pulitzer.
Whenever I take two days fully off of work and blogging, Sunday nights are a mad scrambling dash to get to the finish line at a decent hour but this time it was so worth it. On Saturday, Anel, Hallie, Victoria, Carly, and I joined the masses on Liberty State Island for the Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic which is basically a day where people (more…)
