Is lilac the new millennial pink? I know, I know... That's quite a severe statement but it's seemingly everywhere and I'm not mad at it. I bought this lilac-hued shirt on pre-order because I was so excited by the color, the pretty neckline, and the sweet bows on the sleeves. And I'm so glad I did because it was even better in person.
TV watching has changed since having a baby, that's for sure. Gone are the days of binge-watching anything besides the baby monitor. Anel and I usually watching one episode of something each night and then we're spent.
That said, in the winter months, we spent many of her weekend naps trying to sneak in two eps of our favorite shows.
I'm finally ready to share before and after photos of my body just after giving birth, and now. For someone who has struggled with body image issues for my whole life, taking a picture with my stomach exposed and sharing it with the world is facing a big fear for me. I started working with Prudence on my bedroom last month, and in that time she has taught me so much about interior design and how rooms flow. We're on our second project now (can't wait to share it soon) and during that time have become great friends.
When she texted me last week asking if she could come over to "play around" with my living room off the clock, I was basically jumping for joy.
