Is lilac the new millennial pink? I know, I know... That's quite a severe statement but it's seemingly everywhere and I'm not mad at it. I bought this lilac-hued shirt on pre-order because I was so excited by the color, the pretty neckline, and the sweet bows on the sleeves. And I'm so glad I did because it was even better in person.
TV watching has changed since having a baby, that's for sure. Gone are the days of binge-watching anything besides the baby monitor. Anel and I usually watching one episode of something each night and then we're spent.
That said, in the winter months, we spent many of her weekend naps trying to sneak in two eps of our favorite shows.
I'm finally ready to share before and after photos of my post partum body just after giving birth, and now. For someone who has struggled with body image issues for my whole life, taking a picture with my stomach exposed and sharing it with the world is facing a big fear for me. But even in writing this I feel proud to have overcome it!
