Ever since I moved to blogging full time, I've been trying to up my game on all fronts- Better content, more content, actually sending my weekly newsletters, and a lot of things behind the scenes that you probably would never notice. Those are the things that make the biggest difference in traffic to my site and make it easier to navigate for you guys.
Even though I work from home now, Monday mornings still have that "going back to the office" feel. My Monday morning routine includes hot lemon water, tea, a smoothie, and getting dressed before I head into my home office. If I stay in my PJs, it's never a productive day.
Although I don't go into a real office every day anymore, I did for over eight years (in a corporate, business casual, and start up setting) so I know a thing or two about playing that game.

I get questions about how to make friends as an adult in the 'burbs on a daily basis. Apparently a lot of you guys are going through what I did last year with a move to a new place, outside of a big city where you're more likely to know people.
Anel and I are headed to Nantucket next week with Canvas by Lands' End for two days to see the Boston Pops which I couldn't be more excited about. Neither of us has ever been, so we know nothing about where to go and what to do. I've seen enough photos to know the vibe, so my packing list is nautical and casual, aka my favorite type of clothing.
