Our living room is taking a while to come together which I'm finally ok with. Buying a house has taught me some serious patience skills For about two months, the room was completely empty which made a big portion of our house feel cold and a little creepy.

I knew her from her gig as the TODAY Show's nutritionist and when I found out that I'd have to put a presentation together for her and the team, I had a major freak out.

Oh wow, you guys. I'm happy to report that I had one of my first "normal" weekends in what feels like forever. Because I don't have to go into an office anymore during the week, I can finally tone down my usual Sunday scramble to get blog posts set up for the week.

Happy weekend, friends! Today marks my first full week of working from home (without any travel) and it went surprisingly well. I was nervous about being alone but I scheduled enough in-person lunches and meetings that it was all good. I'm excited to actually be in town this weekend too.
