Woosh. Happy Monday guys. I had one helluva week followed by one helluva weekend. In very different ways. Let me start by explaining the super awesome times that I had last week. On Wednesday I was driving to work (I work in Brooklyn, it's weird I know), when an 18-wheeler Mack truck decided it would be a fun idea to side-swipe the front-right of my poor little Prius.
Mother's Day is in less than 2 weeks (May 11th). It always seems to sneak up on me! Dont worry guys, I've got you covered with fabulous gifts to give to the woman who gave you the gift of life.
My mom who happens to be the most selfless and generous woman on earth, loves getting donations to her favorite charities in her name for gifts.
I'm daydreaming of summer. Are you? It was fah-reezing yesterday and even colder today (think coat and scarf weather) but Rebecca and I took photos of this fun outfit on a 70 degree day 2 weeks ago (The truth about blogging comes out!).
I have no idea where it came from but over the last few months, I've had an insatiable daily Caesar Salad craving (I'm not pregnant, don't worry!). The only problem? I don't eat dairy. My vegan caesar dressing is amazing but I realized that I can make it a little more rich and creamy by adding egg yolk.
