November might mean Movember and college football to the boys in our lives, but to me, it means cozy sweaters and hot cocoa. Cardigans might not be your go-to sweater as they can conjure up images of buttoned up old men smoking pipes, but this fall they're getting updated all over the place with embellishments, patterns, and colors.
I'm super excited to announce that I've parterned up with one of my all time favorite brands, Yumi Kim (remember this incredible patterned romper that I wore a few months ago?) to bring you a series of posts about dressing for the holidays. For the first post, I'm showing you how to dress as a holiday party hoestess.
Two years ago, I got the flu on Christmas Eve (Literally! It hit me like a ton of bricks during our traditional Italian 7 fishes Christmas Eve dinner) and was out of commish for an entire week during that was supposed to be a relaxing week at home celebrating the holidays with my family. It was so bad that I couldn't even open my gifts and I spent Christmas dinner sweating and crying in bed.
As I sat down to write this post last night, I realized that Thanksgiving is next week.
