Our lease is up at the end of March, and Anel and I are planning to move into a new apartment come April 1st. People always hate moving which I understand, but I love two parts about moving. First, I like that I get to go through all of our belongings and get rid of things that we don't need anymore and reorganize the ones that we do.
Inspired by Mrs. Lillien and her images for recipes, I spent the last few hours (yep, hours) in Photoshop, trying to make this green curry recipe look fun. I hope that I succeeded! My friend Arielle inspired me to make the recipe on the back of the Thai Kitchen green curry paste bottle, and it was even better than I imagined.
I do a deep closet and dresser cleaning usually about once/month. I realize that sounds completely insane but it is the only way that I feel like I know where all of my clothes are, not to mention if I want to make room for all the new things I buy, I have to let go of the old ones.
We just started talking about our Valentine's Day plans and I got a little excited. I know it's thenorm to hate this "Hallmark Holiday" but I not-so-secretly love it. It's a day when you get to tell all of the people you love just how much you love them without feeling cheesy!
