It's no secret that I love my blockprint dresses, and being in Charleston this week, I was surrounded by them in every shop we walked into. A friend of mine calls King Street, Blockprint Row for good reason! If I wasn't trying to keep my closet clutter-free, I think I would have bought a dozen of them.
Last week we did a big recipe photo shoot (lots of good dishes coming your way!) and my amazing assistant who also helps with food styling for recipe posts brought these cookies for the kids as a little gift. It was so sweet and the kids loved them.
I asked for her recipe so we could recreate them together and was surprised that it was actually the greatest mom hack ever.
It's been three weeks since I started my decluttering frenzy plan and am still going strong. I thought it would take two weeks max to follow through with my 50% less goal but not so much. I feel about halfway done at this point and have spent many hours thoughtfully editing every closet, cabinet, drawer, and surface of my house.

It's (finally) a sunny Friday and I'm gearing up for a *very* exciting weekend.
Julia Dags and I are heading down to Charleston on Sunday (stay tuned!) for two days and one night to shoot my upcoming collection with Ophelia & Indigo and I'm SO excited to get out of town, even if it's only for a quick trip.
