L’Occitane Friends’ Night Out

L'Occitane Products

You know when a brand or product reminds you of a special time in your life? After my husband and I got engaged in Paris four years ago, we travelled to the South of France for a week with my family. One of my favorite parts of the trip was when we visited lavender fields in Gordes. The entire area smelled amazing, and the purple was so saturated that it almost looked fake. That was one of the happiest weeks of my life and I’ll never forget it.

On our way home from the fields, we stopped at the L’Occitane Factory & Museum for a tour and to pick up a slew of our favorite products. I had been using their lavender hand cream for years but it felt even more special to buy it there, where it was being made. Since then, I’ve felt a strong affinity to the brand and have discovered so many awesome products that I had no idea existed.

A few weeks ago, they asked me to host a party at their Flatiron store which, considering my obsession, was crazy exciting! For their annual “Party in Provence”, I was on hand to help customers style their own Instagrams. We had so much fun styling pretty things like their candles (my favorite is Jasmin Bergamot) and fragrances (loved the Fleur D’Or) with flowers and other cute props. Throughout the night, I was chatting with the staff there and learned that you don’t have to be a blogger to host a party at a L’Occitane boutique.

A few years ago, they started doing something called “Friends’ Night Out” which is a custom party planned free of charge in the boutique.  Think bridal parties, networking events, or a girl’s night done right!

Here’s what you get

– A two-hour soiree for you and 5+ friends

– A pampering master class focused on mini-facials, hand massages, or fragrance personality testing (so fun, by the way!)

– An exclusive 10% discount for all attendees

– Provençal-inspired refreshments like champagne, rosé, and sparkling water

– A super awesome luxurious gift basket for the host ($150 value)

How to book

Contact your local boutique and ask someone there for availability to host a “Friends’ Night Out”. They’ll take it from there! To find a store nearest to you, click here.

That sounds like so much fun! I’m definitely going to look into that! I think it would actually be a really cute idea for my daughter’s 14th birthday 🙂 Thanks for the inspo!

What a fun girls night idea! I love throwing their hand creams in my work bag to keep my hands soft, especially in the winter!
