Holiday Party Dresses

Blush Dresses

Holiday party season is in full swing. I feel like I was just getting used to the idea of pumpkin spiced lattes but I’ll accept this new change of scenery. . . If only for the twinkle lights! This year, dress up in style in one of these beauties. Here are my top picks for the season’s hottest trends. I started with blush because it is my current favorite color to wear as you can probably tell by my recent posts. Isn’t that Issa dress in the middle so Kate Middleton? Pair it with emerald green jewelry for a beautiful and understated holiday party look.

Fore more holiday party fun, check out this super fun and cute video I made with glam.com and some other fab bloggers about how to dress for holiday parties. It’s always so awkward to watch yourself on video but it was so fun to make and the final product is just fabulous. I’d love to hear what you think of it and my tips!

Hot Pink Dresses

Red is obvious but hot pink is just as festive and a little sassier than the traditional holiday colors. I love this striped Sonia Rykiel striped frock. I can imagine wearing it on
New Years Eve, weddings, and parties all year long.

Red Dresses

You can’t go wrong with red this time of year. I love pairing red dresses with a sparkly broach and a black fur scarf for a classically glam look.

Black Dresses

Black dresses don’t have to be boring. There’s a reason that the Little Black Dress has it’s own acronym. My favorite pick in the LBD department this winter is this DVF lace dress. It’s perfectly conservatively sexy with a quirky neckline. Stunning!

White Dresses

I love winter whites! Marc by Marc Jacob’s long sleeved quilted dress (far right) is perfect because you can wear it so many different ways. I would pair it with black tights, a sparkly necklace, and maybe even add a plaid button down underneath.

Long Dresses

Ugh I WISH I was invited to a party fancy enough to wear one of these dresses to. That red one is to die for, isn’t it? Check out the back of it.
