PB&J Smoothie

It doesn’t matter where you grew up, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches are a staple and comfort food for almost every child at heart. For this morning’s hump day smoothie, I decided to bring that comfort to the Vitamix and blend it into a little glass of nostalgia.

Ingredients:
-1 cup coconut water
-1/2 banana
-1/2 cup frozen blueberries
-3 or 4 frozen strawberries
-small handful rolled oats
-1 heaping tblspn peanut butter

Directions:
Blend and enjoy!
